                                        The Arduino UNO R4 Minima represents a major architectural upgrade to Arduino’s flaghip microcontroller series, maintaining the iconic Rev3 physical form factor and 5V logic compatibility while transitioning to a 32-bit architecture. Powered by the Renesas RA4M1 processor featuring an ARM Cortex-M4 core running at 48 MHz, the board delivers significantly faster processing, 256 KB of flash memory, and 32 KB of SRAM. This leap in performance makes it capable of handling complex math, real-time data processing, and lightweight embedded applications that previously exceeded the capabilities of the legacy 8-bit ATmega328P.

                                        Designed as a modern baseline for makers and engineers, the R4 Minima introduces key hardware upgrades alongside traditional I/O features. It modernizes connectivity with a USB Type-C port, features a wide input voltage range up to 24V via an upgraded power section, and integrates onboard peripherals like a true 12-bit analog DAC, an operational amplifier, an RTC, and native USB HID emulation. Furthermore, built-in CAN bus controller hardware allows for direct integration into automotive and industrial networks with the simple addition of an external transceiver.
