Billing Terms & Conditions
All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payment can be made online using a credit card through our payment gateway provider or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note that items paid for via EFT will only be shipped once the funds have cleared.
Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please note: Processing time refers to the time it takes to pick, pack, and prepare your items before they are handed over to the courier.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

📌 Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or public holidays. We currently only ship within South Africa. Contact us for international shipping rates.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to register with the courier service.
In-Store Collection (Local Pickup)
You can skip the delivery fees entirely with free local pickup at our physical storefront. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection.We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions and store hours for your collection.
Returns & Refunds
We operate a no returns policy , except where the right to return is explicitly required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other applicable South African legislation.

Misshipped Items: In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, it must be returned to us unopened and in its original packaging . Upon receipt, we will immediately process and ship the correct item to you.

Short-Shipped Items: If your order arrives with missing items (short-shipped), please notify us immediately. We will promptly dispatch the missing items upon receiving your notification.
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be returned for repair or warranty services. All returns of faulty items will follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. If the fault is verified and the item is still under warranty, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair. For out-of-warranty items, a repair quote can be requested. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
