Billing Terms & ConditionsAll purchases are payment before delivery. Payment can be made online by credit card via our payment gateway provider or via EFT. Payments made via EFT will be shipped once funds have cleared.
Please Note - This policy forms part of the customer Terms & Condition, failure to notify of any damaged products/devices, quality concerns or a difference with respect to the invoice & product/device delivered at this point will result in your full acceptance of the order. No orders will be accepted if we identify a material error in any of our products/devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and still under warranty. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage is for your account.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Faulty items will go through our RMA process. If the fault is verified the item will be swapped out. If the Item cannot be swap out due to end-of-life we will issue a credit note to the value of the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
