Featuring a high-powered DSP image-processing chip, this optical scanner handles image capturing, feature extraction, template storage, and 1:N fingerprint matching entirely onboard. It offloads complex biometric calculations from your microcontroller, making biometric integration straightforward and lightweight.
Equipped with a blue backlight window and flash memory capacity for up to 300 fingerprint templates, the AS608 easily interfaces via standard TTL serial UART or USB. It is widely used in electronic door locks, attendance systems, safes, and custom security enclosures.
All-in-One Onboard Processing: Internal AS608 DSP processor executes image processing, feature matching, and template management automatically.
Non-Volatile Storage: Stores up to 300 fingerprint templates directly in internal flash memory without losing data when powered off.
Flexible UART / USB Communication: Simple TTL serial interface allows direct connection to Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or PC terminal software.
