The Banana Pi BPI-W3 is a single-board computer specifically designed and developed by the Bananapi team for professional and enterprise users. It is equipped with the powerful Rockchip RK3588 SoC, featuring a quad-core ARM Cortex-A76 and a quad-core Cortex-A55, resulting in an eight-core CPU processor with dynamic frequency scaling up to 2.4GHz. This ensures high-performance computing capabilities.
The board includes an embedded high-performance 3D and 2D image acceleration module, as well as an AI accelerator NPU with a built-in computing power of 6 TOPS. These features enable advanced graphics processing and AI-related tasks.
In terms of memory, the BPI-W3 supports up to 32GB of 64-bit LPDDR4X RAM, providing ample space for multitasking and resource-intensive applications. It also offers various connectivity options, such as HDMI OUT supporting up to 8K@60 resolution, HDMI IN, MIPI DSI, MIPI CSI, a 3.5mm jack with a microphone, USB ports, 2.5GbE LAN, PCIe 3.0 x4, PCIe 2.0x2, a 40-pin expansion header, RTC, POE, an SD card slot, DC power input, and a Type-C port.
