Upgrade from basic pulse-timing sonar with the KS103 Smart Ultrasonic Distance Sensor. Engineered for high-accuracy industrial automation, drone altitude tracking, and advanced robotics, the KS103 features an onboard microprocessor that handles signal filtering, echo calculation, and environmental calibration directly on the module.

Unlike entry-level sonar sensors (such as the HC-SR04 or HY-SRF05) that require microcontrollers to measure microsecond pulse widths, the KS103 calculates distance internally and streams clean, millimetric readings directly via I2C or TTL Serial (UART). With built-in temperature compensation and an expanded measurement envelope (1 cm to 800cm), the KS103 delivers consistent, drift-free precision under changing atmospheric conditions.
