The Scroll bot kit engages learning in building a robot friend that can sit on their desks and scroll news headlines, weather reports or twitter feeds. It can be a great message board that is updated via the Pi Zero W build in WiFi.
The kit contains a Pi Zero W with a swish scroll phat HD board which has a dense matrix of 17x7 bright white LEDs. Each pixels brightness can be individually controlled and its possible to create stunning animations or even text.
