Billing Terms & Conditions

All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payment can be made online using a credit card through our payment gateway provider or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note that items paid for via EFT will only be shipped once the funds have cleared.

Returns & Refunds

We maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy. Returns will only be accepted for items that have been misshipped. Misshipped items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will promptly ship the correct items.

Faulty Items 

Faulty items may be returned for repair or warranty services. All returns of faulty items will follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. If the fault is verified and the item is still under warranty, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair. For out-of-warranty items, a repair quote can be requested. Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
